Accrington take on Great Harwood at The Property Shop Arena on Sunday as the 2022 season comes to an end.

Accrington's winning run was ended at Crompton last Sunday whilst Great Harwood beat Nelson to notch up a twelfth win of the season.

Great Harwood came out on top by 25 runs in a high scoring match at the end of June.

Accrington make two changes with Waqar Ashraf and Jon Hayhurst replacing Andrew Greenwood and Alice Clarke.

Great Harwood make a couple of changes with veterans Miles Corish and Paul Newton replacing Freddie Timmins and skipper Stuart Maher. Reece Willets stands in as skipper.

The start time has moved forward to 12.30 for the last four matches of the season for first and second team fixtures.

The seconds travel to Great Harwood in the reverse fixture on Sunday.

The thirds travel to Greenmount on Saturday.

The match will start at 12.30pm.

Weekend Teams

This season's Looking Back Feature takes us back to 1992 when Dipak Patel was professional.

The final weekend of the season was a double header weekend beginning with a home defeat to Lowerhouse on Saturday September 12th.

The following day Accrington finished the season with a home win over Ramsbottom.

In an extra Look Back we also travel back 25 years to 1997 when Accrington A became the first Accrington team to win a double with a dramatic last ball win over Manchester Road.
