Accrington went down to a 10 wicket defeat by Todmorden at Centre Vale after being bowled out for just 55. Stuart Parker (3-18) cleaned up Bob Collins (0) at 3 and then home professional Paul Allott (2-12 from 12 overs) had his opposite number Neil Johnson (0) caught by Stuart Priestley one run later. Skipper Nick Marsh (1) was also cleaned up by Parker at 4. Allott trapped Martin Whittle (2) in front at 7 and when Parker held a return catch off Mark Demaine (0) Accrington were 8-5. Morgan Whipp made 6 in his final innings for the club before being caught and bowled by Ibrar Ali at 36. Neil Barnes was next to go, bowled by Ali (3-8) for a 70 ball innings of 5 at 47. the last 3 wickets all fell at 55 with Justin Greenwood (5) caught by Allott off Ali and Mick Wilson (10) and Damian Clarke (0) both trapped in front by James Morgan. It took openers Priestley (26 not out) and Richard Eastwood (13 not out) 13.3 overs to knock off the runs. Scorecard
