The weekend action starts on Friday when Accrington travel to Baxenden for a T20 charity friendly.

Accrington look for a fourth successive league win when they travel to Lanehead on Sunday to face Bacup.

The hosts have two wins from five and are currently in eighth place whilst Accrington are fifth.

Ben Lord and Jake Sunderland return for Bacup in place of Liam Naylor and Matt Sutcliffe. Lesiba Ngoepe stands in as sub professional. Jimmy Hayhurst and Matt Taylor replace Kian Farnworth and Connor Tattersall in the Accrington team.

Weekend teams

The thirds entertain Greenmount on Saturday.

The seconds host Darwen on Sunday hoping to repeat the recent Junior Cup win.

This season's Looking Back Feature takes us back to 1992 when Dipak Patel was professional. This week we look back at a 5 wicket win at Todmorden on Sunday May 24th when Dipak turned in a match winning performance.
