Working Party Meeting

Thursday March 25th 2004
Present: Jimmy Hayhurst, Keith Hindley, Phil Hodson, Scott Hudson, Zaed Hussain, Rod Kenyon, Marion Ormerod, Christine Sneddon, Nigel Stockley.

The main points to arise from the meeting were:

Gala Dinner: A successful event inspite of the original speaker crying off 48 hours before the event. Around £2000 was raised.

We need to attack the Donation Letter project in the same manner.

Response to the Sponsorship Letter has been nil. We do have some leads - Central Taxis want advertising space in the new matchday programme.

The Fun Day group meet on Thursday April 1st.

Tickets have been sorted for the Pre season do on April 16th.

Zaed gave details of some tournaments which will take place during the season.
