Accrington got off to a good start but lost their first wicket on 22  in the 5th over. Incoming batsman Liam Smalley made a quick 33 before retiring, with three sixes, 3 fours and 3 singles. Steady at the opposite end was Connor Tattersall making 31 before retiring. Number 4 batsman was Daniel Armstrong making 29 before being caught. Fall of the second wicket at 103. Lorne Pollard next in with a couple of fours, score at 116 for 3. Bennett Hawkins (8) and Coby Jackson (19) take the score on to 154 before both are out in quick succession. Brandon Naisbitt (0) and Lee Moseley (4) close the inning on 159 for 5.

Colne opened their innings and lost their opener on the 4th ball of Liam Smalley’s over. The incoming batsman set off at a rate of knots and took their score to 49. A change of bowling saw Lorne Pollard take a wicket on his 2nd bowl caught by Liam. The next batter enters and the score moves on to 84 after 11 overs. Change of bowling again and Daniel Armstrong grabs a wicket caught by Coby Jackson. Bennett Hawkins then strikes in his first over caught Lorne. The score is now on 100 with 6 overs remaining. Tight bowling from Daniel keeps the runs down and Colne finish on 123 for 5.
